We want you to love your new look, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and resalable wallpaper rolls within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with labels intact to qualify for a full refund.
Check Your Rolls
Verify that all wallpaper rolls are unopened, undamaged, and still in their original cellophane wrapping with the batch labels included.
Fill Out the Form
Complete the returns note included in your original shipment, clearly marking the quantity of items being returned and the reason for the return.
Package and Post
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked courier service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
